Reece and I decided we are going to run in a marathon– a 10k one, not a full one. Still, that’s a long way for me! After watching “Run, Fatboy Run” (or something to that effect, it had Dylan Moran in it), I was inspired to look at fun runs, just because I know it would give me a goal to improve my fitness.

Let's Run to the G
Reece agreed that we could do it, even though it is four weeks away.. So we start training on Monday, but I have one problem: I got sick! The usual end-of-semester cold has struck me down, and I’m not sure that I’ll be ready in 2 days to start training. I think that I may end up doing the 5k, but I really want to try my hardest to do the 10k. We’ll see. Check out the Run to the G website here: The Age Run to the G
IN other news, I finished my last round of classes at uni FOREVER! I’m so excited, but this is dampened by the fact that I still have 3 exams to study for and do. Me and Em are going to have a study day the monday before our Friday Transnational Business Practices exam, and our lecturer/convenor is pretty easy going and gives us A LOT of hints. Maybe too many, but its a relief to not be so stressed out about what’s going to be on the exam.
Em and I always meet at 3:30 before our 4:30 lecture and get chips. One week after my birthday (after mid-semester break), Reece gave me an etch-a-sketch — I started a blog to do a daily etch, but of course I found I forgot about it and didn’t have the time. Here’s Em having a go:

Em writing me a message
and here’s what came out of all her hard work:

teeheee!
3 exams to go…. =D
